  • Participate on a development team
  • Define the knowledge, skills and abilities required for practitioners to perform given responsibilities as requested
  • Explain/document the processes required for practitioners to perform given responsibilities
  • Suggest exercises and/or case studies reinforce learning
  • Contribute core content and original materials
  • Provide information acquired through formal or informal interviews
  • Supply source materials, reference items, and supplemental resources
  • Add richness to the content by offering first-hand field knowledge (anecdotal stories, case studies, best practices, tips and/or “tricks-of-the-trade”) that can be shared with others to improve knowledge exchange and transfer
  • Consult on issues that occur during reviews
  • Meet all agreed-upon turnaround times for deliverables, deliverable reviews, or deliverable sign-off
  • Opportunity to define and validate the profession

Roles & Responsibilities

    • In-depth Knowledge of the core subject. Have a thorough understanding of Domain Knowledge by understanding of the facts, concepts, theories, and principles.
    • Write solutions that are an understandable and structured format with easy language for quick grasp of the students.
    • Provide solution content by understanding the student needs to create engaging and compelling content in effective ways to teach students.
    • Deliver exceptional written communication, with sound knowledge of grammar and punctuation.
    • Ensure quality control of the content, curriculum and practice and assessment modules, proof reading, editing manuscripts.
    • Use online research and catalog findings to database.
    • Co-ordinate and collaborate with team members for better deployment of course and content
    • Extensive knowledge of the content/topical area.
    • Current practitioner in content/topical area
    • Ability to bring day-to-day experience to the subject matter– both content and its context for the business.
    • Ability to communicate to external audiences without using jargon
    • Capacity to see the project through to completion.
