In respect of any personal data accessed or otherwise processed by a Customer as a result of access to the site or the Services, the Customer agrees that it shall be the sole data controller of such personal data for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 and, as such, shall be solely responsible for its processing.

All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the site and the material available on the site belongs to Noticejob.com or its third-party suppliers. Use of the site does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials.

CVs and job advertisements contained on the site are provided by candidates and by prospective employers and their agents and are not reviewed by us. We accept no responsibility or liability for the contents of CVs or advertisements and expect candidates and prospective employers to carry out such verification procedures as are customary and prudent in the circumstances.

Noticejob.com services

Services and information provided on the site by us and our third party suppliers are intended to assist in the job seeking or recruitment process. Neither we nor our third party suppliers can guarantee their suitability or prospects of success in any particular case. You should obtain independent verification before relying on information provided on the site in circumstances which may result in loss or damage.

Service availability

We try to ensure continuous availability of the site and all the services available on it but accept no responsibility for the consequences of interruptions or delays, however caused. We may, additionally, alter the design and specification of the site at any time.

Limitation of liability

Our liability, and the liability of our third party suppliers, for any loss or damage suffered by you as the result of your use of this site is limited to your actual direct damages and, except in the case of fraud, excludes any loss of future earnings, profit or prospects or any consequential or speculative loss. As required by law, this exclusion does not extend to death or personal injury caused by our negligence.


Noticejob.com's job seeking services are free to use. However, some non-core services require payment to access. The payments are made using a secure transaction environment.

Prices are as specified in the Noticejob.com website and are guaranteed for the period stated on the order form. Any discounts agreed are confidential and may not be disclosed by the customer.

Where a Customer posts an advertisement on Noticejob.com which includes any reference to a brand of a client or a subsidiary of the Customer (which reference may include, without limitation, such client's or subsidiary's logo, http address, email address and telephone number) (“Client Branded Advertising”), and the posting of such Client Branded Advertising has not been agreed by us in the Order Form or other contract agreed with such Customer, charges for the advertisement will be as per the relevant rate card and charged to the Customer for each job posted on Noticejob.com which includes a non-agreed piece of Client Branded Advertising.

Site rules

We have rules regarding the content and format of jobs posted on Noticejob.com. Their purpose is to ensure that users who search the site or the Noticejob.com database get results which are presented as clearly and informatively as possible. You agree that we may, at our discretion and without liability to you, remove from Noticejob.com any advertisement which is posted in breach of these rules. The rules may change from time to time and you are advised to refer to them regularly.

The Rules are:

  1. No duplicating of jobs at the expense of other clients' jobs.
  2. No gratuitous use of keywords in job descriptions or job titles. Gratuitous means deliberately inserting words, strings of words, or repeating job titles, with the intention of influencing position in the results listing, or increasing the number of page views.
  3. Job advertisements placed on Noticejob.com must be for genuine vacancies only, and not for other products or services, either relating to or unrelated to recruitment including, but not limited to, affiliate schemes, pyramid selling schemes or any other so called 'business opportunity'.
  4. URLs or email links (live or text only) are not permitted in the body copy of the job description page.
  5. Any advertising that uses the name or logo of the company being recruited for is subject to our rates for such advertising.

Illegal Advertisements

Advertisements which appear to discriminate on grounds of sex, race or disability are illegal and may result in proceedings being taken against both the advertiser and the publisher. Advertisements are accepted by Noticejob.com on the basis that the advertiser confirms that any requirement or qualification which may appear to discriminate illegally is in compliance with any exemption available under the relevant legislation. Notwithstanding this confirmation, if we nonetheless believe that an advertisement may be discriminatory we may at our discretion either amend the advertisement or remove it from Noticejob.com without liability to you to make any refund of amounts paid or due to be paid in respect of the posting or otherwise and will inform you accordingly.

Responses to advertisements

You agree to deal fairly and professionally with individuals who may respond to an advertisement you have posted and not do anything which may bring Noticejob.com into dispute. You will indemnify us from and against any claim brought by an individual against Noticejob.com arising from your breach of this obligation or any other of these terms and conditions.

We do not guarantee any response to your advertisement or that responses will be from individuals suitable for the job advertised. It is your responsibility to carry out such checks and procedures as are necessary to ensure that candidates are suitable for the job advertised and have the required qualifications and personal characteristics.

As part of Noticejob.com's commitment to getting customers the best possible response we reserve the right to amend some of the job details that you supply in order to optimize your advertisement.

Content and links

If your advertisement links to another site via our external apply online option, you are responsible for maintaining the links and for the content of your advertisement and the linked site. We may remove from Noticejob.com any advertisement which contains content or links to a site which, in our opinion, is defamatory, illegal or objectionable or will bring Noticejob.com into disrepute. You will indemnify us from and against any claims or liability arising from content or links contained in your advertisements.


Usernames are for the sole use of the person to whom they are issued. Passwords must be kept confidential and secure. We may deny access to a username if we reasonably believe that it is being used by an unauthorized person or that the user is breaching these terms and conditions. Concurrent usage of a username is not allowed.

Employer Terms

These Advertiser Terms are entered by you(user) and Noticejob.com. The term "Noticejob.com", or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website. The term "you" refers to the organization listed on the account you created, which by doing you represent you have the authority to agree to this Agreement for that party.

You confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of, and bind to this Agreement, any third party for which you generate advertising. You also agree that:

  • Your use of Noticejob.com is subject to all our terms and policies, including our privacy policy. Our policies may be modified at any time.
  • You are solely responsible for all advertised job listings content, advertising job options selected and ensuring that feeds are correct and up to date at all times and in line with all technical and quality guidelines. You accept that Noticejob.com may modify or remove content at any time. You agree that Noticejob.com may display your content on its website as well as distribute such content to carefully selected third party partners.
  • You shall not advertise anything illegal or engage in any illegal or fraudulent business practices in any state or country where your listings content is displayed. You represent and warrant that all your information is correct and current; you hold and grant Noticejob.com and its partners all rights to copy, distribute and display your content, and that your content and website will not violate any applicable laws.
  • You shall be charged based on the agreed price per click multiplied by actual clicks or other calculation methods we may agree. Charges are solely based on Noticejob.com's click measurements. Charges quoted are exclusive of taxes, and you will be charged VAT as applicable. If offered credit, you will pay all outstanding amounts within 14 days of the date of any invoice. You are responsible for paying all fees Noticejob.com incurs to collect overdue amounts.
  • In the absence of further instructions at the end of an advertised period, Noticejob.com will continue to advertise your listings at the agreed price and budget until we receive any notice of a change.
  • You shall indemnify and defend Noticejob.com, its agents, affiliates, and licensors from any third party claim or liability (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of Noticejob.com.
  • Violation of these policies or this Agreement may result in immediate termination of this Agreement or your account without notice.
  • Noticejob.com makes no warranty that (i) the service will be uninterrupted, secure, timely or error-free; (ii) any errors in the service will be corrected.
  • Noticejob.com shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by the advertiser, however caused. Noticejob.com's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid or payable to Noticejob.com as determined by these terms.


Publisher shall not disclose Noticejob.com Confidential Information without Noticejob.com's prior written consent. "Noticejob.com Confidential Information" includes without limitation: (a) all Noticejob.com software, technology, programming, specifications, materials, guidelines and documentation relating to the Program; (b) click-through rates or other performance statistics relating to the Program provided to Publisher by Noticejob.com; and (c) any other information designated in writing by Noticejob.com as "Confidential" or an equivalent designation.


Noticejob.com makes no warranty that (i) the service will be uninterrupted, secure, timely or error-free; (ii) any errors in the service will be corrected. Noticejob.com shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by the publisher from participation in the program, however caused. In no event shall Noticejob.com's aggregate liability exceed the amount of fees then due to the publisher as determined by these terms. Noticejob.com reserves the right to change these terms at any time.

Governing law

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Indian law and all disputes shall be decided by the Indian courts.
